Returns and refunds
Neither books nor associated merchandise allow for refunds, however, replacements can be made for damaged products.
For damaged books and bookmarks, replacements will be provided at no cost for up to 30 days after delivery.
Other merchandises are fulfilled through another company, so any issues with print errors or damaged products are eligible for replacement through their policy. Please let us know as soon as possible, and within 25 days of delivery, so we can provide the print company with the information they need.
For all other exchange-related issues, such as sizing problems on clothing, please contact us and we'll try to work something out. The print companies have very unforgiving return policies, so there's not a lot of room to handle errors such as wrong sizes or shipping addresses without significantly raising prices, which we don't want to do.
As we grow and begin keeping more non-book stock on hand, we'll have more flexibility here, so let us know, and we can see what options there are are at that time.
